Cancellation Policy
- Up to 48 hours before, refund without penalty
- Less than 48 hours 100%
- No-show: 100%
- In case of bad weather, a new date can be arranged or a refund requested with the supplier’s approval.
- If rental services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the service provider, the customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at the earliest available date.
