A 3-hour boat tour in Santa Maria di Leuca between two seas
After leaving the marina of Santa Maria di Leuca, the sailing tour offers a privileged view of the town: historic villas overlooking the sea, seaside bathing establishments, the Monumental Staircase, the Basilica of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, and the Scarciglia Colony.After rounding Punta Meliso and its iconic lighthouse, the route continues along the Adriatic coast for about 7 km, passing caves and natural coves. Following a first swimming stop of approximately 25 minutes, the course is reversed to reach the other coast. Once past Punta Ristola, the tour continues along the Ionian coast, heading toward Gallipoli. Here, the sea changes color and atmosphere, offering completely different scenery and a second swimming stop in the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea, before returning to the marina.
